Would you have taken the keys from this Ducati guy?

If no risk of fires wonder if the best thing would be to leave the bike resting on the ground, by his state he wasn't going to get it back up himself easily and may even provide viewer entertainment as he flopped it over from side to side like a fish flapping on a boats deck until the Police arrive, secondly would providing him assistance in righting it for him if it was clear he wasn't right cause the helping parties legal problems if he was intoxicated and died in an road accident soon after ?

 

All you need to do is hit his kill switch, he would never get it started then. lol
