Hmm, all those things sound good. Well, most anyway.

I just texted my wife about prime rib. I know she likes it so she said she'd go pick it up.

During the holiday season, I like to don my Santa hat and drink like "the dude". I think most of you will get the reference.

Traditional roasted toikey, with smashed tadders and gravy. Assorted vechtibles and stuffing.

Maybe I might try sampling an ounce or two of each bottle of single malt in the cupboard then of course, the obiligatory dark rum and egg nogg. Some nice home brewed wine with dinner.

    OH! And a beer........eh!

    Then pass out.

Lots of good sounding stuff. We did a 3 bone prime rib with baked potatoes, broccoli and roasted yellow potatoes for my daughter. MAN was it good. Now I have tons of beef for some beautiful French dip sandwiches and some barbecue beef ribs.

So get this. I forgot to mention I volunteered to serve dinner for the guys that had to work the hospital for Christmas so we get there and the meal is prime rib. I passed out a little over 100 slices of prime rib. We also got a free meal. Anyway, byt the time we got home, we really didn't feel like cooking a prime rib for supper so I drank a few beers and the wife drank some wine. I think she ate a slice of pie and I ate a few pig skins. Hows that for a Christmas meal?

I'm not touching that first line..

Papain is an enzyme. The theory was that the injection softened the disc. A mild form of the enzyme is supermarket stuff sold as meat tenderizer. Another line I am not touching.
