In a word, yes. As others have stated, they go to a lot of effort to write up detailed reviews of each item. They take a lot of their own pictures rather than relying on the stock picture provided by the manufacturer (which often doesn't show enough detail, like how far down in the back does a jacket really go). In addition, their responsiveness to questions is amazing. I wrote asking a question about sizing on a jacket and had a personal (not canned) response in 20 minutes. I bought a Nelson-Rigg tank bag from them last year. It had a slight flaw in the stitching. I contacted them asking whether I should go through a Nelson-Rigg warranty claim or through them. I also offered to send a picture of the problem to help them decide. They responded that day that no picture was necessary, they'd take care of it. They shipped me a new bag with a return label in the box (didn't require me to send the old one back first). How many other retailers would do that? As if that wasn't enough, they never charge a restocking fee (one of the few, perhaps only, that does that) and take returns on close-out merchandise. If the price is the same, I'd order from NewEnough for the customer service. Heck, even if it was a few dollars more I'd still order from them for the peace of mind that I'd be taken care of. Shop around. Their price on the Fieldsheer Razor is $279. I just bought that jacket from NewEnough for $199.
I love them because as a new rider they were willing to ship me a couple diffrent sizes and not charge me. They included return labels and all I had to do was ship back the unwanted stuff and as long as it was unworn all tags still on they did not charge me. I got a call when they got the stuff back double checking to make sure I kept the right things and the ncharged me. As a new rider I love them. Rez-zilla on the other hand fucked me over and sent me the wrong size pants and then wanted to charge me shipping to return them plus a 50% restocking fee. and it was theie mistake.
