What is speeding

Damned. I had no idea it was that simple.

 

"Speeding" is usually what I'm pulled over and cited for, even though it always seems to happen when I'm not doing it intentionally. I'm really glad that it doesn't happen when I do it on purpose.

 

I was wondering how to go about saying this without sounding like a dick.....I gave up.

I was going to gently suggest that perhaps going on ad infinitum about the general philosophy of whether a law is: 1. good or bad and.......... 2. if you are breaking it .......are two entirely separate issues......the former being generally given to looooong flights of uninteresting blather and the latter being pretty damn simple.

It's only speeding if you get caught!! Otherwise it's nothing but a fun ride.

As your President-elect, my first act in office will be to mandate that all the dudes who don't ever speed wear panties and the rest get to take pictures.

 

I speed all the time. If I don't, I will never get there before I forget where I am going. Then I am really lost cause I can't remember where I've been. So I have decided not to get lost any more. I just explore alternative destinations.

 

To be perfectly up front, I don't believe I've ever in my entire life strictly observed the speed limit except in residential areas, school zones, when a LEO was following me, and the like. Highways, byways, and otherwise haul-ass roads I'm always over the speed limit. Always. I wouldn't ride if I had to maintain the speed limit. Don't really care what anyone else thinks, either.

 

Speeding is a choice we all make to do or not to do...... like NCB said.... "don't do the crime if you can't do the time"

 

I wonder who would get kicked in the head first by the other one?

 

Do you really like to know stuff like that or are you on some new meds?
