What is normal engine temp 6th gen aggressive riding?

Ok put coolant in radiator and ran bike. Small bubbles but nothing too dramatic.

Bike hit 205 I got worried. Coolant didn't drop even though I was blipping throttle and revving a little (high idle).

Then with the bike off coolant finally dropped an inch or 2. Started it up and it began overflowing. Shut it down back down inch or 2.

Gonna top off, repeat a few times and then cap the radiator and run it parked a bit. Then when cooled a bit (180 or so) open radiator cap again and see.

Guess I should fill reservoir too.
