Honestly though, I'd probably be on a 919, allways liked those, too bad they got canned. Maybe a VTR, they're sexy too.

Probably the Ninja 1000 or maybe an SV650S. Something that isn't too exotic.

I already have a CBR954 (that I need to repair)

I gotta say, that's a great choice. I've had my Trophy 3 since new, and love it. Not as sporty or quite as quick as the Sprint; but still a fantastic sporty touring bike.

I agree with Crescentius. Took the opportunity to demo ride the Sprint GT a year or two ago. Great bike, was going to trade my Hayabusa for one but found leftover gen 6 VFR for cheap. After demo ride on Sprint I realized just how inadequate the Busa brakes were.

    THIS!

When I had my VFR I got a Daytona 675 as a second bike. The VFR was never ridden after that!

Stuka is the real prize! I am only a distant second!

And I usually prowl around here on a regular basis looking for something interesting, intelligent, and mind expanding...you don't really think I can find THAT on the ZX-10r or Triumph boards, do you? :)

(And any Thread where I can get a chance to extoll the virtues of the Daytona 675 I AM THERE!!!)

Check out from 50 secs coming into, stopping then accelerating out of a T intersection it sounds just like a VFR.

I kinda like those Suzukis which are essentially Bandits, but with a full fairing.

I liked them back in 07 when they were still Bandits. I like the fully faired GSX they have out now even better.

If cost wasn't a concern, I would consider a Triumph Sprint ST/GT... but I would probably go back to an FZ8 for the speed and Ergo's... Damn I love naked.

I'd consider a VFXR if it ever makes it to the States (1237cc, V4, 6 speed, shaft drive, weighing 275kg (610 lbs.), 5.7 gal. tank. Not a VFR, but appears to be a very nice "sporty" dual sport.
