Not very original but I signed up before I ever thought about getting a VFR. I was going to get either a ZX-11 or a CBR 600RR. The ZX is really comfortable to sit on. Anyways, I just used my first initial, last name and a number. Wish I came up with something better now that I have a VFR.

WOW those must be some pretty cool ladies to be able to tell the difference between a VFR and another motorcycle. All the ladies I know think that every dude on a red motorcycle is me.

I change my name most every month...usually movie characters. This month I'm Comicus(Stand up Philosopher).

    Lean it...or park it

So why the name? Just wanted to reflect my love of bikes and the difference between us and cages. Later, JD

I picked mine on a whim just like I did when I bought an 08 VFR after 5 minutes of research. I wish I could change it. I'M 46 but I tell wown I'M 34 and get away with it so why should I start being truthful here?

Middle Age Crazy - I think of myself as someone who would run you at 10/10th's on a Sunday morning out of VFR pride and my super natural ability on two wheels. I would donate $10 to the forum if they'd let me change my name to something real, something people call me in real life like Cycle Mike. I also think Cycle Therapy would be a good name. I don't like my name here, I don't like being middle aged but love the crazy part.

An old college nickname. I wore an old football jersey with the name HUTCH on it (grew up in a town called Hutchinson) when I started playing rugby in college. A lot of new people there (me being one of them) so people just started calling me Hutch. After a hour or so, a few of the senior players showed up after having a bit of a smoke session. They heard somebody call me Hutch, kind of giggled, and started calling me Hootch. It stuck. When I graduated 4 years later, I had several friends who new me all 4 years ask me what my real name was. It's Kevin, BTW. I guess it was a better nickname than the guy they called Dick4. It took him several days before he finally stopped asking them "What's a Dick4?" I don't think he ever really did figure out what it was for :)

My username mean? When I first rode the 03 VFR my first impression was, it was like riding a switchblade knife. I just really like riding it. Now if I can get all the bugs work out it, namely the dam thorttle control better, I would be completely happy with it.

I actually read through all 17 pages. I don’t know why… took me a while.

    Ghost. Two reasons. “Ghostin”

    Ghostin

And from riding with my buddies, I could always hear comments like “you resurrected that dinosaur, and stuck to me like the ghost it is… I couldn’t shake you” “…hey, he’s like a Ghost!”

DIM is my callsign from my first set of workups. My first night flight at the boat I was handling the comms and made a really bad ball call. Like I had something in my mouth. It was so bad the guys talking us down had to tell me to shut up. Before I got to the ready room I they already had twenty callsigns with this one being the most derogatory.

The ford is from just after that deployment one of my buddies decided to add a little flare and DIMford was created.

I understand that one. I had friends wives that I knew for years never know my real name. Can't say I blame them, I almost forgot it a couple of times on deployments.

Mine, Vuduchld, represents my taste in music and in particular, one of my favorite songs from my younger days- Voodoo child by Jimi Hendrix. For those of you that listen to MP3 players while you ride, load that song and enjoy.

It just seems to fit riding your favorite bike at speed, leaned into a nice long sweeper..

Mine is because I retired from the Canadian Navy in Aug 2008. One of my old Zoomie buddies said a "Hairybag" is a slang name for a sailor. So It was either Ex-Squid or Hairybag. I think I made a better choice

Old online Screene Name, and i tended to like it. Cause i would go to the group get togeathers, and stay out of sight and observe. I was quiet and shy, and when i got a bit more outgoing as long as they werent douchebags i would tell people who i was. But for a while everyone would ask, who the quiet guy at the end of the bar was. They would ask, and i would reply "does it matter? by introducing ourselves does that mean you know who i am now?" Chicks dug it. They mystery guy, who rode the VTR250, chicks always dig the mysterious guy who rides. Now people seem to know me, and im more outgoing. So its all good!

Contrary to popular belief, the first part of my username involves my initials, NOT an acronym for America's favorite pastime. I have been called BJ since I was a little kid (short for Brian James) but dropped the nickname in junior high school (for obvious reasons, ha ha, very funny!) My now wife, resurrected the name while we were dating back in high school and has called me BJ ever since and I've had it on my license plates since 1985. Friends & family call me B, BJ, Beezer, or Beej. Co-workers at my last job affectionaltely called me "Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeej" (usually at the top of their lungs) - As for the second part of my username... well,... you know.
