He retired half a dozen years ago or more. Then decided his yacht was too expensive (when his autobiography came out it was his new passion) so he went out again and retired a second time, then again with Cream while Jack Bruce could still get on stage without a wheelchair. Then swore off touring again. Guess the yacht payments are still hurting him.

I really wish I could port myself back to pre-heroine era Clapton and catch a Cream concert. They had fire in their hearts back then.
