You're probably thinking to yourself, "What on earth happened here?!" Don't worry, you didn't have too many cocktails last night (as far as I know)... VFRworld DOES look a little different all the sudden. After three years of letting the site exist with minimal maintenance, I finally made a few changes. Well, more than a few changes - I completely rebuilt VFRworld from the ground up.

I moved as much content from the old VFRworld as possible, but there are definitely things missing. If there was information on the old VFRworld that was an integral part of your happiness, let me know and I'll see what can be done.

You may be disoriented at first, but I tried to make the navigation as intuitive as possible. If you find any bugs, even small ones, or if you have any suggestions for future improvements, please post them in the Suggestion Box forum. I definitely expect to uncover a lot of issues when first launching a somewhat complicated site such as this, and I need your help in finding them!

If you were a previous user of the VFRworld forums, I moved your account over to the new VFRworld. However, your old password may not work. If you still have the same email address you used to register originally, then you should be able to send yourself a reminder email and reset your password. If you are unable to do so, please send me a message and I will reset your password.

My ultimate goal is for VFRworld to be a community-maintained site, and I'm hoping you will contribute content to once again make VFRworld the number one VFR site on the web.

    Enjoy!
    Michael

with the power of grayskull, I ressurect thee thread of old to stir the fires of memory.... poof!

I thought some of you guys might get a chuckle out of this thread. If you look at the date of michael's post, you can see a lot of time has passed since the first revamp of this site. I just stumbled on it looking for something. This was back before I joined VFRworld. Way back when Cundalini was still in diapers... (oh wait, that was just last night cause I heard he's into that kind of stuff)
