VFRW West Coast Meetup- August 21st-26th, Reno, NV

So did any other VFRWers show up? Where's the pics? Without documentation, it did not happen.

Sorry about no pictures. My VFR was the only one there. There was an FJR1300, a few Harleys, an older GSXR600, Honda Shadow (belongs to an employee), one Goldwing, and a KTM something or the other in the motorcycle area.

Some friends of mine from Northern Cal drove down, and we spent a lot of our time just enjoying each other's company. One of the best things about the aging process is the privilege of friendships that endure. In fact, that might be the ONLY good thing about the aging process...

 

Glad you had fun LGN :smile: Its too bad the original plans had to change, but its great that other friends of yours were able to join you!

 

LGN, I am glad you have fun with your friend. Hopefully we can get together in Oct (Halloween).

 

Thanks, all. As I said in a previous post, plans changing really do not bother me much. Of course I would like to meet some members in person, but life never seems to cooperate with long-term plans of any kind, for anybody. Even the short-term ones are barely managable, most of the time. What are ya' gonna do?

And besides, I just had the bills sent to derstuka's place.

 

Ill go if i can make it, but its hard to plan thing that far ahead.
