VFRW got hacked today- it no workie for me thread

    My sincere thanks to Mike, and the rest of you guys working on this. this issue does not seem to affect the use of the site, it is just that it is there when before this it wasn't. Kinda like my belly you know.

    Appreciate all the help, Michael and whoever else. Makes me realize I need to reinstate my "insider" status to help offset some of the costs. And to look at boobs.

    As mentioned above:

    Trying to sign in from my phone, the actual sign in section is covered by an e-bay ad.

    Whether I sign in at home, work or phone (work and home are always logged on), it doesn't take me to the usual home page. It brings me directly to the forum page.

    I would be in favor of an asshole button. In my 6 years of being on this site, that's the first good idea Randy ever had.

    I don't know......installing an asshole button would probably lock this site up for a month or two just trying to catch up. I imagine responses to my posts alone would kill the site for a week.

    Perhaps we just need a new emoticon with a really large donkey that can be made to shit on the avatar of the person you wish to call an asshole. Just hit "Reply with Quote", choose the big donkey emoticon and the ASS would appear, walk to the left of the screen turn around and crap on the offending individuals avatar. Charging say $0.99 for 10 uses and the site could make extra money to.

    Just a thought. Let the verbal bashing and crapping on my Avatar commence. Just remember, you'll be crapping on my kids. LOL

    Getting those error arguments in the advanced search also, Michael.

    vfrw error arg adv search.jpg I'm almost wondering if we should disable all the plugins, then test things, then add them back one by one.

    Also, to Randy, I'll work on the asshole button or smiley for you.

    Yep like button still gone.... I also had that warning declareation thingy at the top of the page when I went to post something in a thread. I was in advanced mode and it was right above the preview window.

    this is not related to the hack but has been broken for some months now. I just forgot to mention. When you try to upload a pic from a link and allow vfrw to make a local copy you get this error:

    trojan since the hack?

    Yea i figured something happened recently...as soon as i got to the website my antivirus detected a trojan immediately and blocked it
