yes it was me joey,park800,rollin_again & me where heading home after a long day of riding i was riding point man and the bike just got louder look down where the slipon was supposed to be and it was gone turn around to look behind me and everyone hit the side road :biggrin:

 

ah yes, I remember seeing that flying exhaust and the bold yellow "Two Brothers". I think I was the only one in the group that had the right sized hex nut and we manged to put Matt's pipe back on.

This reminds me of that time another guy got an oil leak and that time Matt crashed and of course that time Matt earned his nickname "Roadkill" and of course who can forget that time I got a flat tire 100 miles from home and another time my bike overheated from a slow coolant leak?

Come to think of it Sparky, I think we need a designated pickup driver ha ha ha!!!

I'd definetly like to attend for a couple of days but it's too early for me to make a commitment. I have the dates marked on my calendar. Should be fun.

Is there any type of ramp to unload\load a motorcycle at the kickstand lodge or nearby? I did not see one on their site plan.

loading/unloading

there are berms you can back up to for getting your bike on/off your truck. you'll need a 5-6' 2x10(12) though. mo might even have a ramp there. i remember helping my buddy load his bike with the above technique. worst case scenario: take a vfr rider with you to wheelers or deal's gap, unload bike and sadly, ride your bike back down twisty 28 to the ksl while the other rider drives your truck back :banana:

ok gang, we need a rough estimate of attendees so that we can hit up the local honda/independent mc dealers/stores for free schwag to dump on you folks. hey we can all use a new teeshirt to clean chains, coffee cup to put at the rear of the cupboard, etc, etc...
incidentally, anyone having a part of their bike come off during a ride will get a black harley tee. the rider will have their photo taken hoto: and the photo (s) posted on this forum :faint:

i've started removing the front end of the bike today so i need to install steering stem bearings new forks machine the new wheel new tires front and rear billy carr need to rebuild my carbs and oil pan gasket and radiator fan. lots of work but im sure it will be done in time! im putting the bike in the back of the pick up and bring the trailer just incase someone crashes or a bike break down thinking ahead!
