    Thanks a lot. Yeah, the attitude to my healing was learned though, thought I would be better a week after they took the external fixator off!:biggrin:

    NOOOOOOOOOO!!! You just brought back some really bad memories. I had an external fixator on my ankle for 4 months back in the late 90's - of course from another MX injury. It was a whole year before I could walk on it without pain. You will get there though. At least you're already back on the bike :)
