VFR complete rebuild

15. Few other minor fixings / improvements. I had to bend rear frame back into the shape after a big crash , the left foot peg bent it in when fell on its side.

 

16. After blocking off the PAIR system I do feel the difference, smoother ride. Removed flapper and snorkel too.

 

17. Rear caliper rebuild.

18. Rear MC was swapped for CBR one after delinking the brakes. Only mod was to cut the push rod short, that's all. News seals installed etc.

 

19. Hagon rear shock swap. Honda one failed, no gas, no oil, wobbly when leaning at high speed.

 

20. R/R saga was a f pain. I changed R/R 3 times till I got proper one. Had to do wiring from 0 etc. Pictures who probably 2 jobs there, but the latest job has the back plate and a black R/R.
