Be sure to check coolant level again after the bike has run for awhile (and has cooled down) under the radiator cap, not just the overflow bottle.

Did you measure infinite resistance between the 2 pump wires after disconnecting the plug ??

In statistical terms, pump relays seem to fail more often than pumps. As suggested, you can delete the relay entirely, and your bike will start much quicker after periods of not riding.

Gravity feed on that bike is not a good option. Fix it proppaly with a pump !

ok, I can put it back on but i cant get the pump to do anything.. My jump box is dead now and I cant find the charger (FYI battery is dead). So Im kinda back to doing nothing with it now unless i push it up to the drive way and jump it off my car....yeah I'll do that.

Ok so back to trying to get the pump to work now..

So you never checked the resistance across the fuel pump wires to determine conclusively if your pump might work (low resistance) or will never work (infinite resistance) ??

If your battery is too low to crank the bike, it's better to take the time to charge it before jumping it with a car.

I ran wires to the pump and got no response. not sure I did it correctly though. Do i need to unplug the pump and relay before i put another wire on it?

Ok so never got the pump figured out and am going with a Gravity feed sys. but I got it running and got a headlight on it. Took it for its first run today and it did well. Cold starts are a bit harsh but it runs and runs well! Thanks for all the help! Now just to paint it and I'll have pic's up!

Enrichment circuit is still plugged in your carbs. It will never fix itself and you will need to pull the carbs again.

No one ever gets V4 carbs right on their 2nd try either.

Good news is that the third try is usually the charm.

The only way it can be done if they're clogged......

Tube isn't clear until you can probe to about 30 mm depth, then spray, then blow out with compressed air.
