I am on my second set of Metzler Sporttec M-1 they are unreal for corners. They heat up fast and stay hot. They get so sticky I feel full confidence in hard turns scraping the foot peg and it's like your on a rail. The front will last for two backs. The back will last about 5000 miles but they are fairly inexpensive and I have had several different brands nothing is better in my eyes. My cousin liked them on my bike and put them on his CBR XX and loves them on that also.

Greetings from Ontario, Can. I've just read some of the replies, and didn't really get the answers I'm looking for. I have a 2000vfr, with 12000 kms and original dunlops, 204's. I'm looking for a more touring tire. I also do the twisties, but 90% of my riding will be on the freeways. Any input will be appreciated, our Motorcycle Show in Toronto is the first weekend in December. I hope to get a pair of tires and a slip-on then.
