Time for the front wheel to be white

    First of all, the Black / White color scheme is awesome. Unfortunately, it was not an option in the US.

    I powdercoated the rims on my '07 to truly make it RWB. For a cleaner, I use something called "Purple Power". You can get it at most automotive stores. It basically melts away the grease and dirt. I spray the rims liberally then wipe off with paper towels. The rear wheel is easy since you can put the bike on the center stand and just spin it. For the front, I do both sides that are not covered by the fender, then I just move the bike forward to expose the rest and finish it up that way. If I'm moving, I can have both wheels done in 15 minutes. For me, the trouble of cleaning them is well worth it as the white looks awesome - so much better than the stock black rims.
