I'm trying to remember the name of the local beer I drank while I was in Banff with my wife last year... It was tasty!

There are even better micro breweries all over Canada.

 

We really enjoyed our time in Banff. I would think that that would be a fun place to ride through on a bike.

 

I'd go further South into the Kootenay's (Crowsnest etc). Must less tourist traffic and it's not the main route through the mountains.

 

Kokanee is a grannie's beer. Good with crumpits and jam.
