    Hey I thought of a couple more things....

    Something to see in Portland - The Japanese Gardens (Website). It is a couple bucks to get in, but it is very beautiful.


    If you want to stay IN Portland for a night or two, check out the European Guesthouses. The location of this one is awesome because it is in/near the NW area and downtown. Plus you could get a room as cheap as 60 dollars a night.
