Suzuki GSXR 750 or Triumph Daytona 675/ 675R

There are plenty of liter bikes that are crazy fast if that's what you're after.

Im not sure if the CBR600RR or VFR12 would be faster off the line. The VFR obviously has more hp and tq, but it's nearly 200lbs heavier. The CBR600RR has much shorter gearing that lets it spin up really quickly. It would be close.

For twisty canyon riding I love the nimbleness of the 600. If you want sheer speed I'd go with a bigger bore.
