I wish Toe and DB would hurry the fuck up and finish those projects before the instant gratification group sets to whining the bolt on blues.

ive heard conflicting reviews with the whole SSSA conversion on these 2nd gen bikes....I was strongly thinking about doing that to my own 87, and when I looked into the idea, the parts cost alone is a strong deterrent, not to mention that the SSSA is actually a really heavy swingarm (actually a bit heavier than the stock swingarm IIRC), as the SSSA has to be a very rigid piece of metal to not need the other side to support the wheel. all in all, the SSSA does make for one gorgeous bike, but performance-wise, it yields no real benefit from my research, and seems to not be worth it for all riders.

(no offense Toe, I still dig yours tho...you may wanna chime in on this one).

I agree, mine is a garage queen at this point in its life and the project was more of a challenge than a need.

Why ask when you already know. Toe and Dan are both going to refer us to Slick50. Of course I would be surprised if some Motor Honey was called for to break in the supercharger...

Some Eastla lowrider dudes have those electric blowers installed. They have a bypass that runs the increased pressure through the heating and AC ducts and blows all the doors open at the push of a button. One dude rents out his 47 Chevvy as a hyperbaric chamber.

Yes but kittens are cute and from what Long tells me they are quite tasty if cooked correctly.
