still having problems !!!!! need petcock to

    At that time......did you actually ride the bike and shift through the gears??

    could the same problem have been there and you didn't notice??

    no I test rode it when I bought it and when I got home I drove it alittle bit and thats when it happened lucky it was in my drive way!

    So you said you already replaced the clutch fluid? Did you bleed it properly? AT the bleed screw on the bottom and sometimes you need to crack the banjo bolt open at the top of the system cause air bubbles get trapped up there OFTEN.

    Make sure the system is 100% air free. Then look into rebuilding the cylinders like squirrel said. He's not all bad.:wink:

    check to be sure all the bolts holding the sprocket cover to engine are tight and also the bolts holding slave cylinder to that cover.....

    Good call squirrelman. If you had that cover off and pressed the clutch, it can force the wall of slave cylinder away from the cover causing leaks or air...well at least on my 5th gen.
