Stalling out after bike is warm

There is a vent tube in the tank, but there is no venting through any motorcycle gas cap--it would be a major safety violation and very painful in the event of a wreck when you are laying in a ditch with the bike dripping fuel on your crotch and the hot exhaust ready to light it off...

 

Bypassed the fuel cutoff relay and it seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks to all for the advice!
