So, I was changing the oil on my VFR the other day and my brain, which doesn't seem to stop thinking about stuff for the bike anymore, decides it's a good idea to implement it's latest crazy idea. So here it is, something inspired by the RWB and W/B VFRs out there...
The only difference in operating temps has been the weather outside. LOL It's currently garage bound until I can afford to get a chain and sprockets for the poor thing. As for what I used... It was some high temp (1200*) rattle can stuff, non-ceramic, can't remember the name off the top of my head. I don't really see it increasing the operating temps too much, if at all. No real difference from the radiator shops painting radiators black, or even inter-coolers for that matter. It was mostly for aesthetics. Something to contrast the abundance of silver on the bike.
