I watched the last Formula 1 race that Speed hosted. David Hobbs mentioned a web site called Safeisfast.com. I went over there to check it out and watched the first six short vids. Most excellent! Each one had something very educational on technique, skill and most of all mental attitude you need to be a successful driver. All these principles directly relate to motorcycle racing. Whether you're doing a track day or a race day. These videos are a must see for the novice racer as well as the experienced one. It doesn't matter if you're on a motorcycle or in a car you need the same mental attitude, cornering technique and skill to get around any race coarse fast. Hope this helps those that enjoy going fast. The mental attitude will also help you on the street. Enjoy: SAFE is Fast | Bobby Rahal's Intro
Another good source is the original "Speed Secrets" by Ross Bentley. Short read and very helpful. If David Hobbs likes it, I like it.
