Running Problem?

my main concern with the R/R is that it is not functioning properly. I want to get all the electrical issues with the bike sorted, then test. I dunno i will pull fuses though and figure it out. my biggest problem right now is that its an interment problem and i haven't been able to get this to happen all of the time.

currently I can ride 30 minutes, 40 minutes even an hour and it wont happen once. but i rode the other day 5 minutes and it died and I couldn't get it started for about a minute or so, then it was fine for the rest of the ride.
