Rogue's VF500 rebuild or part out!!

    ^^SM so I bled the top line connection at the MC first. Is there another way that I should bleed the MC?

    ^^ Capt, the lines are indeed toast, but I fear years of fork leak may have sullied the pads. I have completed 18miles on 2 occasions so I will bleed again this weekend and see if there is any improvement.

    I will need to take apart and check brass jimmy.


    SS lines and pads may be on order soon.

    Contaminated pads don't result in mushy lever feel. But yes, you probably have both issues.

    ^^6 - Crush washers... I think I reuse. Thinking they could bleed a little air? I need to really look into supplies so nothing is missed in the future. I think I will just order up the SS lines anyway, that will solve issues. I will also check out the MC and see if I missed something.
