Revzilla visit

Welcome aboard Brian! There is an introduction forum thread here somewhere, but since you've posted here first, I figured I'd place my welcome here!

I've been a Revzilla patron for a few years now and have no complaints so far, keep up the good work over there! Oh, yeah maybe you can forget to return that borrowed VFR and join the club for good...

Thanks! You're absolutely right. Newbie Alert! thread created.

I'm glad you don't have any complaints so far. If you do, please make them known. Although negative feedback isn't the most exciting feedback to receive, it lights fires under butts and gets things done. As much as I want to, I'm not going to quote Vince Lombardi's perfection speech but, we really do want to create the best possible experience, knowing there will be occasional hiccups.

Sometimes a complainer can be your best customer, because you know exactly what's wrong or needs to be addressed. In my business, the person that doesn't complain if I did something wrong has already made up his mind to never come back, and I've lost that customer. But fix a customer's complaints, and you've earned their business. I once thought I was perfect, but that would be a flaw. And I definitely don't have any flaws.

(And note I did put emphasis on "sometimes".)

 

Bobby is a great Moto Gear CSR. He's crashed enough bikes and had to go through surgery and physical therapy enough times to know what works and what doesn't in a way that very few other people do. Back when he and a few other people were running REDUC and rented pocono for a few weekends in the summer, my dad and I used to work with him at those track days. Glad to know he's now at revzilla and doing well.
