Fine be that way, but it's still a cool photo. I mean look how the 4th sits back there in the dark with the 5th creeping up on a custom 6th. looks good to me.

TRUE TRUE, it is a cool photo. ........and to think it all happend cause i lost the GF's iPod. Opps.

(the story) .... had it (iPod Shuffle) clipped to the tank bag. Not much extra head phone cord from the bottom of my jacket to the iPod. All was fine till i started gettin' frisky hanging off the bike in the curves. Felt the cord pull tight, the silence. Pulled it right off the bag,....:frown:

    Moto-trip

I was wondering if you could recmd. any sights/suggestions for a 3.5 day trip from LA. My girl and I are renting a St1300 and were thinking about heading North on US 1. Left the VFR home in NY,
    Thanks,
    Barry

nice job per usual. PumaCat's pic of Toseland running Michelin's rain tires was worth 2000 words. On. The. Dry. Track.

well, once you get up to the Morro Bay area, Hwy 1 separates from 101 again so at that point, there is the town of Morro Bay with the usual beach town stuff. Then Cambria is not far up from there, it's called a village I think. It's pretty touristy. Just up from there are the seals near San Simeon and Hearst Castle. North of there you get into the really twisty sections where you start cursing motor homes (although gas prices seem to have dropped their use somewhat) and work you way up to Ragged Point with some good views. Cont north, lots of views, hiking etc. Eventually you make it up to Monterey County and then I'm not there so much so I forget what there is to see. Pretty much, just hit the 1 and cruise, you'll see lots of stuff. When you get to Monterey, though, I hear the aquarium is a must see even though I haven't seen it...
