It's weird, that's all I know, I idled into my condo complex right at 3K in first and it wanted to buck me off. I have no video mount or anything to get it on tape to explain. I plan on having the 16K mile service done this winter, at least the valves checked since I bought the bike used, the original owner only put 3180 on it in 3 years. I will be at or beyond 16 by time the snow sticks and she's got to be winterized anyways.


Other funny thing, I average 40-42mpg here in Wisconsin. When in Wyoming and Montana I was getting 50mpg regardless of how hard I was pushing. Even my buddy on his Harley got nearly 50mpg, some good in the gas out west, we need more of that over here.
