First 60 degree day forecast on Wednesday for the Seattle area. That's early and is not a true sign of big Spring changes, but still...

 

I had one of those too...

 

I'm from a steel town in Northern Ontario. In the early '80's you wouldn't dare drive a Japanese car. That Vision pic is March 24, 1982 when I eagerly picked up that stupid Vision. It was all downhill after that.
That's my parents cars in the background. I would drive in style in the LTD!

One of my childhood friend's Dad worked as a salesman at the local Ford dealership. This was in the 60's. He was always driving the latest coolest Ford. They lived at the end of the road we lived on so I got a front row seat watching him go by day in and day out. Galaxies were the gold standard. What gorgeous cars!

 

The seller I bought the chock from today had this sign on one of his cabinet doors.....

 

He also had two Shoei helmets on display. Each one had it's own bracket. Like in a museum. Guy had a killer setup for a shop in his garage. I didn't even ask to take photos but you guys would have been impressed. Super nice guy. Sold the chock because he sold his 2022 Hayabusa and didn't need it any more.
