It sounds like I'm in... with the plan being to meet up with Randy at the border which will give me the iron butt down to Reg's.

If you ride with Randy make sure to check on the mirror to insure he is still in view.... Otherwise turn around and help pick up his overload bike :pound:

"At" the border is not good enough. You have to enter Canada and Mexico and get proof of presence like a gas receipt. If you are serious about the attempt, go get your passport and come all the way up to my place. Leave you guns and dope at home. Even in you have permits for either, you still cannot bring those across. They watch very close for that here. Just ask Slovfr. I had to get him a case of Prep H when he got here.

. am only 20 minutes from the Sumas Washington border crossing. We can start right from here all rested up for the ride. It is a hard ride understand. Power bars and lots of Ibuprofen and caffeine tablets will be your friend this trip. We would be leaving here at about 01:00 in the morning so that we miss the PM rush hour going through LA. We can stop at the Duty Free on the Canadian side to get some good Scotch before we enter the USA. That will be our receipt or proof of presence on the Canadian side. If you don't drink, not to worry. You can buy a bottle on my behalf so I can have two!

My daughter was just in your homeland. They still think you are an asshole over there! But I keep telling them you are an upstanding member of some society or another.

I hope that some BBQ that looks as good as your avatar makes it. I had lunch an hour ago and that picture still makes me hungry.

I'm still working on that. I may come up with something usable soon.

Which year was that? I was leaving it open for everyone who has attended to share their favorite R3 memory.

Ok. I always get 2-3 so we most likely will get enough orders for me to start looking for a design. Anyone aspiring to be a graphics artist that wants to have the joy of saying you designed a t-shirt/hoodie for a biker event? Come up with a few designs, and we can all vote on them. You can view the history message above and go to the links in it to see past designs.

We have plenty of time so we can give everyone a chance to have input, then ignore all the input. Just like a gubment' operation.

No way.... I was planning on being in Paso Robles sometime after June 9th to see an old friend of mine from my hometown. My daughter is graduating (masters) UCSF on the 9th of June and I was going to ride out and meet my wife in Berkly where daughter lives. I wasn't leaving until 6/1. But if I make her graduation part of the return trip I could make this ride I think. It would be the only time I guess. Gotta think about this..............

Let's see... favorite moments... Slip-N-Slide? Coffin Accommodations? The fountain jump? Its hard to choose. Who can forget the "1800" reasons not to mix your alcohol... Twice...

Reg, I loved the route from last year. My vote is for a similar route; especially the route back on that long sweeper highway. B-Weiss might like to finish that route ON his bike this time...

As for the hoodies; I'm in for a hoodie and a t-shirt...

I know someone... I will ask if they are creative enuff to do this thing.

To those interested: Please submit an idea of what the tee or hoodie could have:

    Example:
    1. a group of vfr type bikes running down an unnamed hwy with a two headed monster with chp on the front chasing them. (bike or no bike for monster)
    2. just a corner with a vfr rider deep, sliding a knee and the chp lowsiding behind them headed for a sandy finish.

Listen, I'm not creative, but I have people. Put in your suggestions. I will think we need to, well, not take them all.
. I will forward these on to "the guy" and see what he comes up with. He will be compensated accordingly.

So: be creative. Be short but try to imbue the passion behind your thought(s). Boobs will be ok!!! But not actually necessary. Boobs are cool!!!

Ok, be off with your wacked brains!
