Question for you guys. I have enough orders to go ahead with a print run. Should we go ahead and send in the orders and then try and make enough orders for a second run or give people more time?

I guess the downside is that if we wait, then people will keep putting it off and the orders might not get done but if we order we might not get enough orders for a second run. Also, those of you who have your order in get your money sent or your shirts will not be on the order. I don't think I'm gonna order too many extras.

So, for the people in the cheap seats: 1. Your order must be on the list above (you can quote and edit) and 2. You must send me the $$ either via paypal (call it a gift) or a check.

I wanted to add to the order form but when using the "Reply With Quote" on JTC's post the order table is not present... If I can add 1 SM Long Sleeve (blk) and 1 LG Long Sleeve (blk) that would be great.

How about you make a solid date of "order". Say maybe April 1. After that, all people are at the whim of you having enough to order again. Or closer to the event: May 1.

yea - if JTC would edit his post so that the table isn't included inside a QUOTE command - then you can copy it forward. But each person after has to do the same thing.

not a perfect system but was a good try.

I like your idea of April Fools day. If we keep the list going, I'll print it out, check my records on who has paid, and send it to the printer. If there are unpaid people I'll leave them on the list and put remainder back online and see if enough others order to allow the slackers to still be able to get one. BTW, you are all pd up. I received your check last week, I just haven't cashed it.

Bruce, I have this in Excel format also, but I don't think I can put it online. Actually, if you have a better layout or way to do it, I will not be offended. I do not love this invoice. I would prefer to have it with each person's name, their order, their order total auto calculated and whether they have paid or not, but it's a PIA to figure out with the editor we have. If I get bored today, I may try again...

Ok, April 1.

You could put a 'paid' column on the list. Then you (and others including me) could ridicule those that have not paid.

I suggest you cash my check. Easier to have it cashed and in your account than me wondering where it is.

I am gearing up for it. I only have 12 more work sleeps left so will be well prepared. Haven't picked a date that I am leaving here but I will post up. I will actually start a thread on this journey. Just have to figure out how to use my new Samsumg Galaxie 215.4 with hemmoroids and giggling googles who byte or somefuggenthing like that. Hope I can do it but for an old fart my age, doing that in 24 hours may not happen. I have 36 hours to do the Iron Butt, but to do it in 24 it is the Iron Butt Extreme. That and some prozac and I should be fine.
