i have the Bazzaz ZFi installed with Akro slip on and K&N and the Z Bomb....i have the AFM auto tune but haven't installed it because the exhaust has to be removed to weld the sensor bung into the proper location....$$$$....the bike runs WAY better than stock, but i think it needs a little fine tuning...my thought on the o2 sensor life was to pull it out and use the plug that Bazzaz sells to plug the sensor hole when not mapping

I just ordered one and it's on its way. Buying a GPR slip-on as well. Unfortunately it appears the guy in Italy only checks his email once a day, so probably gonna take a couple weeks to get the new can...but I'm excited!

Sorry Ishark I missed this one, they all use the BOSCH LSU 4.2 O2 sensor which is 18mm. And yes it will. I apologize again for not replying.
Using my method, without welding, you could install the new "bung hole" with the exhaust still installed, though not as easy if the pipes were off. It's not that big a job to remove the pipes BTW, just move the rad forward. I think their 500 hrs is a bit pessimistic, I think they are just stating that in the worst case scenario, like bad fuel, short trips, water getting in etc. litigation wise. Though 500 hrs is still quite a few K's (miles).

Had to say it now, and still no Badbilly.
Why did you choose the JB? Will be very interested to see how it performs.

    Cheers Rusty

Juice box is made for Two Bros. by Dyno Jet...not sure if it's identical to PC or not

I don't feel I need all the frills of a PCV or a Z-FI. I just need something to improve the low speed fueling. The J/B does that for a fraction of the price of the others and it's made by Dynojet for Two Bros. If I ever wanted to add things like Autotune, Ignition module, Traction control, etc...I would be S O L. I don't anticipate a need for those things, so went with the J/B for less than $200 USD to my door. And for less than $300 USD to my door, I'm going with a GPR Ti slip-on. So for less than $500 de-livered...I'm getting a Ti can and a fuel manager. Hard to beat.
