Chuck's product is very high quality and would be the best way to go for gen 2.

Toe Cutter is 100% right. I have a lot of Chucks work on my bike (solo seat tail, upper, carbon fiber windscreen, lower fairing stays, and inner panels), and it looks better than stock, weighs less than stock, and is just downright tougher than the stock bodywork. All you have to do is take the bodywork to a skilled paint shop, and you'll walk away with a hell of a nice bike!

He makes every piece of bodywork for the 2nd gen bikes, from the tail section to the upper, including the gas tank!

Yeah, just don't expect it any time soon. I ordered a full set of fairing work LAST APRIL and I still have yet to get the tail section, tail cowl and fairing stays from him. He takes forever and then some, will not respond to your calls or emails. He does good work, just give yourself about a year or two lead time to get it.

I have his gas tank, tail fairing, seat cowl and front fender and am very impressed with the quality. It's not hand laid, its sprayed, but it's very thick and well done.

It took me over 6 months to get everything from him, but he's about the only one that makes everything for that bike. Be prepared to wait, and wait some more. Get alternate phone numbers for him if you can.

it's a hassle to get a hold of him once he's got your money, but he DOES come through, and it's worth the wait, if you've got time.

Left and right lower cowls near perfect.
Side panels perfect no damage Inner panels perfect.
    Tail with broken mounting tabs.
    Gas Tank straight no rust.

    Drod,

I was collecting body parts for my restoration until I found a guy that was parting out a nice complete bike and I bought all the his body work. And did not have to paint it.

So the upper fairing and left cowl is RWB, right cowl and tail piece 87 dark blue, side panels white, and inner fairing pieces are for RWB round gauges.

Send me a pm with a phone number i can text you pictures as I am really bad at trying to load pictures on the site.
