Paint Job idea...whatcha think?

    I think if you carried the blue across the upper fairing without the white stripes on either side of the windscreen (looks a tad odd to me, but a shot from the front of the bike with the way colors lay out might make a difference. Also, if you were going to black out the frame then I might suggest that color on the lower part of the side cowl should be black maybe, or just continue the white all the way down and a blue VFR decal would be good. As for the red stripe, that would help make the transition between colors look good to and the stripe if put on in vinyl could help hide the trransition line between the colors and if you didn't like it, you could always peel it off. As for color selections, Nissan has a couple of colors that might work: Dark Blue Pearl - Paint Code BW9 - used on most 2006 models and Nordic White - Paint Code Q11 used on most 2006 models.

    Oops, your right there Maggot, I too got caught up in the moment and did not notice the original post date. I'm sure it looked great whatever color he chose and hopefully it still does to this day. Must learn to pay more attention to the dates next time. Dooohhh
