I am probably too fat to ride this, but just like if I was given the chance to score with a 21 year old bombshell, I'll still give it all I've got.

Sorry, this is not for the "financially limited", which currently includes myself. But since you're question was one bike other than the VFR, that's what came to mind.

If your financialy challenged look at used Kawasaki ZRX1200R's. They can be bought for a song, and feature MEGA torque, plus I'd say it handles as well as the Viffer, and with a seat mod (Corbin on mine) it's all day comfy too. It is an upright seating position, but as soon as it's rolling it feels like a dirtbike. That being said, when I go to the garage to select a bike (I have 3) I usualy pick the VFR. But, if I'm planning on riding like a hooligan...........the Kwacker wins hands down! BTW, mine has 40,000 miles and rides and drives like a new one.........Very very reliable. Wierd, but my oldest scoot-13,000 miles (1970), my Kawa-40,000 miles, my Viffer-25,000 (only have had it 2 1/2 years).

All you with more than one streetbike consider yourself lucky. I mention buying a second streetbike to the wife and I get that deer in the headlights look from her. I could swing a dirtbike (sold my 05 yz250 smoker a couple months ago and sure do regret selling it) but not streetbike. Thanks for all the replys so far it is real interesting to see what vfr owners would buy if they had to give up their vfr. That is one nice collection you have there outlaw. How do you go about deciding which one to ride? The maintenance must be a full time job in itself. However I would love to have the problem of trying to decide which one to ride. Thanks again for all the replys

Big Strom will probably replace my current Viffer...I could also be talked into a 1200 Bandit (old air/oil cooled) or a ZRX1200.
