Oh No! First Problem.

    Yea I've heard cold plays with em, but once warmed up they're great . so yea knowing where you reside, I can see why you would think that way . Ok. ;)

    Not as much the cold because there are ways to deal with that. Most of the older bikes I have do not have charging systems like newer bikes. We do upgrades to them but there is no guarantee that they will supply the voltage needed for these batteries to stay charged. The lithium batteries don't like voltages below 13-14 from the charging system. Many Norton and Triumph owners have had the batteries go flat...and not take a recharge because the charging systems only put out power above 2000RPM and drop below the specs needed for lithium batteries when the lights are on. The Interceptor won't have this problem, but with the extra cost and the need for a special charger, I just don't see the value, particularly if many of my bikes and other machines will still have lead acid batteries. I'm sure someday I will change my mind but right now it just doesn't work for me.
