I had a wife that didn't like my bikes. Had is the operative word. My current GF loves to ride, rides her own bike and is usually the one who says, "Hey, let's ride to...." She learned to ride on one of my old bikes and is die hard now. Glad to have her around, most of the time that is......

my g/f didnt like bikes. she used to ride with her mom on the back of her harley for years when she was younger. but had not done it in a while. i kept telling her to get on the back of the bike and go for a spin around the block.
took a few times but she did and loved it. i let her put my cb 550 around my shops complex a few times.

i used to hate it when she would hassle me about working on my cb550 on the weekends and every chance i got..
now the bad part........ she now has an almost finished 1976 cb550 supersport of her own. wich i don't mind. she picked the color and i found her a neat seat, mirrors, etc.
and i havn't spent a day fixing the vfr in 10 weeks.
we scedualed a safety course in a few weeks and soon will have her lic.
i feel really lucky now. but man if i could get her really into bikes like she was into cars.
anyone wanna trade? i need to get the vfr fixed!
