No, Ryan was the previous owner of my VFR. He did a great job with it and I'm very happy that I ended up with it.

Gotcha. It is such a unique looking VFR that I thought you were him. I didn't know he sold it. Either way, we should ride some time!

    Adam,

    :welcome:

    Nice bike,

One of my old college buddies lives in Cincinnati and has a '96. I am a displaced Buckeye (aka in Georgia as a Damn Yankee  ) , but I doubt I'll be riding my viffer north to Ohio anytime real soon.

Thanks! I bet Georgia is HOT this time of the year. If you ever make it up this way, I am always looking for a good excuse to dispose of some mileage on this bike ;)

I have adapted to the heat :flame:. The old suburban I used to own didn't have a/c (my "new" truck does). Actually it's only 85 so far today, and while mostly dry so far this year, it hasn't been really hot (low 90s a couple of days - nothing over 100 yet). I ride to work 2-4 times a week (almost all year long) - but not Mondays or when it's raining :embarassed: :rain:. I always wear my jacket, and I wear an Icon orange vest with the rest of my gear when riding to work, so I do my best to keep moving on hot days.

I don't miss winter in Ohio, but the whole family hates fire ants. :mad2: My work and family schedule makes it unlikely that I will be riding any significant distances any time soon. :frown:

Well it sounds like a nice place to live either way. If you are able to make it up here though, the offer still stands :)
