Oh hells yes, I think Honda wants 20 a pop for the set of o-rings and I am pretty sure they are not Viton.
I got SAE sizes to work for most of the orings on the carb bodies to work save the air rail rings- a 010 o-ring was just too big even with a healthy amount of silicone grease slathered on.
I'll have to hunt around to see if I can get the proper o-ring for the job- OD 9.6mm, ID 6.0mm, thickness 1.8mm. This should be fun.

Got the carbs back together and ready to put on bike

Well, my search for M1.8X6 metric viton orings for the air rail locally were not very fruitful.
Minumum orders of 100, 200, so I just decided to take some old orings between the spare set and this one set since the air rail shouldn't see much gas.
Slapped them on, scabbed fuel rail attached, managed to get the carbs back together and back on the manifold, finagled the synch springs back on when they popped off, made sure the choke action and throttle were smooth so tonight I'll venture to put them back on the bike and see if it doesn't bleed gas like a stuck piggie.

Gud Luck! Hope the Mechanical Gawds don't have their "Fuck with you guns cocked." a little luck never hurt. I paid ridiculous prices for o-rings and other shite from the big four. What you gona do? Call ghost busters? Its still cheaper than plopping down 13,000 for a new bike and besides what you end up with earns you respect and pride of ownership being able to finger-fuck her

Got the carbs back on and it started

and did not leak. Whew! Had to do the manifold cover stand again to get them to finally seat after 30 or 40 minutes of moving from one side of the bike to the other to make a small adjustment and push down.
These carbs can be a real PITA to work with to say the least.
Looks like I will want to buy some spare fuel and air rails to have some extras on hand while they are still available.
