Hi everyone. So picked up my first VF500F. I was on the hunt for a 800 but none that where in my range. But I fell in love with the color scheme and after the test drive I was in love with it. Also my ol lady fits on it well so next year if I find a 800 she can ride the 500.

So anyone have any used fairings damaged or not for sale. Cheaper the better. I want to make a mold. Same goes with a solo seat cover.

If I make any solo cowls carbon fiber or fiberglass anyone interested

I am also looking for a exhaust badge as pictured made out of brass. I spent 10h polishing pipes and getting rid of dent but the badge is all wrinkled.

Do you guys recommend full synthetic motor oil

And what psi should I have in my forks. There a little too soft for my liking.

Hi, I have a spare front fairingl I am willing to let go, and I am interested in and a solo cowl too, if you do start to make your own. PM me.

Lucky you have an aftermarket exhaust on it, they are like rocking horse poop to find. She looks nice!

This winter I'm going to get my vacuum bag kit back out and go to town.

On the plus side I found a running motor and made a deal to go get it. Taking Friday off and driving 4h each way to get it. Hopefully will have the bike back together by sat night
