Need advice 86 vf500f

    this is with a cold comperssion test
    i got about 120 psi front left
    ~60psi front right
    ~60psi back right
    ~100psi back right

    what's your opinion on those readings ?

    Not good at all. Was the throttle wide open? OK, I see from above you have no carbs.
    The readings are low. You really want them all to be within 20psi of one another and above 100psi as a minimum.
    As a guide I have low miles spare engine. The readings from that with no oil added were
    (All psi.)
    1-170
    3-175
    2-168
    4-170

    Yes. Cold and on a bench. That would be an example of an engine in really good condition. Your readings are probably as good as you could expect when you consider how it's been treated. What you need to be asking is what's the engine for and what is its worth to you. IMO readings that low mean the cylinders and rings are in poor condition and I would not be spending money on it for sure.
