The plugs just look used. The electrode looks clean and no rounding etc. Aside from the oil on the threads they look like normal 5k plugs. Have you cleaned the mass air flow sensor? That is usually quick and easy with som contact cleaner.
Maybe you are too rich? I dont know. Im just thinking of ignition items. Air, Fuel, Valves, Spark, etc.

I just changed the plugs on the mini van today and got to see some plugs in bad shape.

Did you check the gap on the plugs? Thats the most important part and can cause misfires. The color looks spot on, the car isn't running rich, they would be darker.

Hey guys, still haven't worked out the problem. As an update, the car misfires only at idle. The check engine light hasn't come on in a few months because of the warm weather, but I can still feel it misfire.

In my experience of working on cars, finding a way to test the fuel pressure would be my first priority, as this could tell you vital information on if your fuel system is working properly, and under the right conditions, can even give you information on what the injectors are doing (i.e. if your car runs a vacuum fuel pressure regulator, with the regulator unplugged, the pressure should go up, but too high or slight fluttering of the gauge indicates clogged injectors). At this point, I would also be heavily checking for an intake leak, which would cause rough idle and bad running with nothing more than a misfire code. Intake leaks are easy to check, but care must be taken. You'll need 1 or 2 cans of carb cleaner, and the engine needs to be warm and idling. Then you simply spray ALL intake joints, separations, and vacuum line connections. You'll know you've found a leak if you hear the engine RPM pick up slightly/smooth out a bit. Hope this helps!!

Hey this did help we weed out some things. It is def not an intake leak. I'm suspecting EGR or injectors now. The weather has been in the 90s the last few days and my car has been running perfectly. I feel like that means that if it's an egr problem the leak in the system doesnt matter because the outside air is already warmed up, or the heat is letting the engine burn fuel easier and clogged injectors arent misfiring. I'll try to get the fuel pressure nailed down soon.
