MT.Greylock Adams MASS meet and greeet

Hello all North East riders, I am looking to see if anyone would be interested in a meet and greet at Mt. Greylock in Adams Mass?
6/20-21 or 6/27-28 just read in paper that the road to top has been repaved.
so anyone in VT/NH/MA/CT interested in meeting up??
would like to get as many riders as possible and pick one day from above dates to lock in the time.

What's up 02? I'd love to go, only day I could possibly swing it is 6/21 though...and that's father's day. I guess as long as I'm back by dinner I could do it, just take the ol' man out to dinner then. However, if a few guys can do one of the other days, no worries, just do that and I can catch ya on the next one. I'm on vaca from 6/26-7/6 so those 2 weekends are shot. If this one doesn't work out for me, maybe we can get a ride going after I get back?

I'll keep checking this and see what it's looking like.

Was just up there about 3 weekends ago. Gate was closed. No signs. WTF.

 

If anyone cant make either of those days please post some dates.
It was in the paper last week that it is now open and road have also been repaved.

Please note that this thread was to try and get some VT NH riders together as well, if anyone has another location please post some ideas.

Lets get a bunch of VFR's together and rock.

I'm booked until after July 6th also, but am interested some time afterwards in getting out west. It's been 3 years since I last went up Greylock.

Out here in central mass, Wachusett Mt. still has not opened up yet. They must have a lot of ice storm damage.

I'm a teacher and will have weekdays free after the 26th though.

 

ok post some dates for after 7/12 I am booked, but would like to get as many VFR World guys as possible to show up. Weekends are best for me sorry.

 

I'd love to get up there. We have family coming in from out of state this weekend, and vacation the next 2 weekends so I'm shot as well until 7/11.

I hope that sooner rather than later works out for everyone but if not consider July 25 or 26. It should be far enough for folks to plan and selfishly it is a good weekend for me. Or sometime after that. Thanks for starting to organize the meet.

 

I think 7/25 or 7/26 can work, I'd love to get up there and check it out. Anyone else good for that weekend? It would be cool to get a group together and head up.

 

7/26 is best for me but 7/25 will work if others can do the 25th

just went to top last thursday they did a nice job paving the road to the summit.

 

Actually 7/26 is better for me too. I just found out "we" already have plans 7/25 in the afternoon so I'm out for that day. Man, I can't win!!

7/26 is good for me if that works out. I have a pig roast at 4PM but I'm good all day up till then. If others can do the 26th, I can just shove off early, no big deal at all. Don't want to cut the day short because of me.

02, sounds like you can make it - anyone else?? Lets get a big group together!

 

26th.... Done. Unless work or weather through a kink in the plan I will be there, all I need to know is where to meet up. I am coming from the sea coast so if anyone wants to meet up and make a group ride to the meet let me know.
