If you're going to pull stunts, at least pay attention!

That may be a possibility state side but not here. As it is, the only element we have here is possibly speed, but nothing in the video shows that definitively, and the fact that he has the front wheel off the ground. A prosecutor could try to argue a case of dangerous driving here which is a Criminal Code Offense but to loose that in court the bugga could walk. Even though the judge has the option of fining him guilty of a lesser offence in some instances, and I do believe this is one of them. Actually on reconsidering this, the appropriate charge here would be Drive Without Reasonable Care and Consideration with the same penalties. Due Care required a degree of lack of attention as opposed to disregard to others using the road.

No, if the situation was something like this ass doing this through a crowd of pedestrians or something of that nature, where the safety of others was clearly a direct threat from his actions, then there would be evidence to support a criminal charge.

We don't have such things as felonies here in Canada but have an equivalent. But I do understand what was meant.

 

Doing an extended wheelie and ass smacking a cop car ain't real bright to begin with. He tries to right the bike and a few bucks sez he was about to take off when the LEO did his boogie on the dude.

We really don't have a clue what the dude got written up for. I don't think there is a statute for kissing the assend of a cop car but if there was. they'd add that too.

Maybe the LEO was a really good guy and cut the dude loose.. LOL!

 

Since there is no audio, IMO the dude was just looking for a hug and the LEO being gay went a little overboard.
