How to make a quick sale.

As BB keeps pointing out, every state is different and all of my comments are relative to the state of Califronia and my experiences with the DMV so far. Personally I think it's the buyers responsibility to ask the right questions and it should be the sellers moral obligation to be up front about what they are selling. Of course the world does not always operate that way so caveat emptor!
