    I had a 9 year old shoei, put it on after a 4 year bike break,the small plastic fittings by the visor just fell apart riding along.
    A closer look after revealed that the plasic would crumble in my fingers.
    The helmet was left in house in the dark and still deteriorated.
    So i had to buy another!
