    Well, the local bike shop had the the led bolts in stock.
    Even different colors: white, red, blue. I got the white ones.
    I'm set. I have the tools and will cut my fender this weekend I hope.

    The wires on those LEDs are tiny! You have to think about whether you're going to install bullet connectors, etc. 'cuz blade types may be too large. If you change the plate they have to be able to pull through the fender and plate. I ended up just using small marretts

    I don't like that swing arm mod.
    I'd rather just cut the fender to make it shorter.
