Hi everyone- new VFR owner in Minnesota!

I stopped at a Polaris/Kawi dealer on Hwy. 65 near Bethel on the way back from a job today and they had 2 sizes of Polaris strap-on gear to turn any dirt bike into a snowmobile on the showfloor.
Never seen one in use, but don't wonder why because of the high price, $5000. range and bring your own dirt bike.

 

They're pretty popular out west- not so great for the flatlands. Mtn riders love them.

Let me know when you're in the area to drink a beer together. I have friends in your area as well, one of them has a pet alligator, the other one works making bullets.

Lots of guys up at Federal - I'm guessing he's there?

 

Federal is right. Both great guys. After being friends online finally met them in Colorado two years ago. Rode together, had a few beers and swapped some lies. Gator guy rides a Honda shadow and bullet guy is true Harley guy.
